Responsibilities: - Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences - Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies Skills: - Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role - Knowledge of various sushi types and techniques - Familiarity with sushi ingredients and their quality standards - Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you have a passion for sushi, enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.
