We are searching for a Brand Integrity Specialist to join our Brand team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In this role, you will champion the consistent application and measurement of organizational standards for service excellence. Because of your work, team members understand the relationship between service excellence as a brand promise, trust and reputation, and the degree to which people want to live, work, visit and volunteer in our communities. In this role, you will: Develop, maintain and evaluate standards for operational service excellence across all operating divisions and corporate services, sharing results and insights to inform operational continuous improvement initiatives Develop relationships and spend time on site with operational leaders, subject matter experts, Great People and those we serve to ensure standards are understood and championed. Ensure proper governance of brand integrity materials, including standards, so that current information is published and accessible to team members Support the development and delivery of training, education and resource material to ensure the brand foundation is integrated across the organization, including contributing to new build openings with on-site training. Assess brand health through various organizational assessment tools, including the Quality of Life survey, move-in surveys, service excellence standard assessments, resident and family input, etc. About You In addition to placing high value on service excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement, you bring: A passion for the healthcare sector and helping to connect people with meaningful information, opportunities and services that improve their quality of life.
