*Who You Are:* You are a one-of-a-kind Technical Sales Representative with experience in generating, qualifying and developing new sales leads. You build solid relationships with all stakeholders and customers see you as a partner in their business. At your core, you are a strategic and technical sales thinker, who not only knows the Flowstar?s business but also has a desire to know what our customers do. Your mission at Flowstar is to continue to strengthen relationships with existing customers, and to build relationships with new customers and business partners. You love a challenge and the opportunity to learn new things.You are a self-motivated person who is always striving to go out and find new opportunities. *About the Role: * ? Identify business opportunities and proactively approach clients to inform and educate them on the company?s products. ? Develop annual sales territory and account plans to achieve assigned targets. ? Determine customer?s needs by demonstrating knowledge of the industry, pricing, and competition. ? Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers and current clients. ? Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. ? Meet booking targets, pipeline management and key account management goals. ? Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. ? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. ? Assist in creating proposals and quotes where required. ? Frequent travel to conduct meetings with clients and prospective clients; attend tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, etc. *Required Experience: * ? Post-secondary education in the mechanical or engineering fields. ? 5 years of sales experience. ? B2B experience selling industrial and municipal products and solutions. ? Experience with pumps, valves blowers and related process equipment and instrumentation ? Experience Municipal, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing and Mining, industries is an asset.
