To do this, we need an exceptional team. We are now seeking a skilled __*Draftsperson*_ _to join our team. We are currently located 20 minutes south of Winnipeg ._ The Draftsperson will be responsible for, but not limited to: * Designing and developing Triple Green Products lines using 3D CAD: * Working through all phases of production design, from concept to production drawings (ie. Drafting, dimensioning, stress tests (FEA), etc.) * Creating production drawings complete with Bill of Materials (BOM). * Analyzing designs in order to optimize them for production efficiency, performance in the field and cost-effectiveness. * Coordinating with engineering, production, sales and other stakeholders on projects as required. * Assist Production with all design related troubleshooting and inquiries. * Support the ongoing innovation of creating reliable products to uphold Triple Green Products quality standards.. *Requirements* * Mechanical Engineering Degree or Technology program is preferred * Previous experience with 3D CAD Design and Autodesk Inventor. _*Note: AutoCAD experience alone will not be sufficient enough for this position.*_ * Experience with heating equipment is a strong asset * Strong computer literacy (specifically within MS Office programs and Autodesk Inventor) * Possess an understanding of basic manufacturing principles. Previous manufacturing and design experiences will be considered a strong asset * Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a busy environment * Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing * Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail * Able to work with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Triple Green Products offers a competitive starting wage, comprehensive benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth. _*Interested candidates can submit their resumes via email to our Human Resources Manager.
