* Repair damaged vehicle bodies, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening, using specialized tools and equipment. * Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming, ensuring a smooth and even finish. * Mix and apply paint to vehicles, matching colors accurately and achieving high-quality results. * Replace or repair damaged or defective parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors, as needed. * Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure that repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. * Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair progress and address any concerns. * Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive body repair preferred. * Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role in an automotive repair setting. * Proficiency in using body repair tools and equipment, including welders, grinders, and paint guns. * Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on producing high-quality workmanship. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
