*What we require from you:*
* Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing 5 star experience for all customers
* Make outbound calls/ emails to trace and track items ordered and possibly over due accounts
* Communicate with customers via email or phone calls to ensure order accuracy and invoice receipt
* Experience in quick and accurate data entry in creating PO?s and invoices
*What we are looking for:*
* Completion of grade 12 (high school diploma) with emphasis on general office practices
* Minimal experience with Quickbooks
* Strong Communication Skills with customers and other staff members
* Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Excellent verbal communication, sound writing, and well-developed problem-solving skills
* Highly developed customer service and telephone communication skills, with a focus on active listening
* Demonstrated professionalism, displaying a courteous, friendly and positive attitude, even in the face of challenging interactions and situations
* NOTE\*\*\*\* The ability to read shop drawing, at any level, will be considered an asset
* *Skills required for success*:
* Proficient typing skills
* Experience conducting research using various tools with an emphasis on delivering accurate information
* Proven success performing individually and as an active, reliable and engaged team player
* Proven reliability, with a consistent record of attendance at work is a must in a real time environment
* Ability to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English language
*Work Environment*:
* The weekly hours of work for this position are: 40 hour/ week- _8:00-4:30pm_.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible language requirement:
* French not required
