We are currently seeking a *Customer Service Representative* to join our Surrey Admin team. Prairie Pacific Coast Express Corp. offers a professional work environment, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
This position is in-person, Monday to Friday; based on 8.5hrs shift.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, attentively addressing their concerns
* Maintain and update customer information in the database
* Provide assistance and resolutions to customers based on the company's customer service guidelines
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams to stay informed about new products, services, and policies
* Fulfill other duties as assigned
*What the successful candidate will bring:*
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in attaching documents, multitasking with multiple screens and tabs
* Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated
* Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to engage with clients in a pleasant and professional manner
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
