If you have a passion for drilling and a commitment to excellence, Calibre Drilling is the perfect place for you. *Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced Water Well Driller with a valid Class 3 license to join our team in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water well drilling, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency on the job site. *Key Responsibilities:* * Operate and maintain water well drilling equipment * Perform drilling operations in a safe and efficient manner * Conduct site assessments and ensure proper equipment setup * Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met * Maintain a clean and organized worksite * Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations * Accurately complete necessary documentation and reports *Requirements:* * Minimum of 2 years of water well drilling experience * Valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record * Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment * Knowledge of well construction, site preparation, and drill rig operation * Commitment to safety and environmental protection * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Certification in First Aid and H2S considered an asset *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits package * A positive and safety-focused work environment * Ongoing training and professional development * Opportunities for career advancement *Join the Calibre Drilling Team* At Calibre Drilling, we are committed to excellence in everything we do.
