<p>Worker Type:</p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English, French<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$79,648 - $107,760<p></p><p></p>Grow your passion for creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible workplace for everyone. <br><br>In this role, you?ll provide recommendations and create strategies that advance FCC?s position as an inclusive employer.<br><br>This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada?s official languages.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Plan and implement FCC?s diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance ideas and opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluate programs, activities and initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use data and employee feedback to provide insights that enhance FCC?s ability to monitor progress against goals</span></p></li><li><p>Develop and execute evidence-based project plans on time and on budget</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Organized multi-tasker with strong project planning/management skills</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinker able to make sense of data and find solutions</p></li><li><p><span>Effective communicator who can build partnerships at FCC and with outside organizations</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>A bachelor?s degree in human resources, social sciences or public administration and at least three years of related DEI, accessibility or employment equity experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) </span></p></li><li><p><span>A solid understanding of DEI and accessibility principles and best practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Accessible Canada Act and other related regulations</span></p></li></ul>
