*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and labourer support and ensuring efficient operation in our CONOCO mechanical shop.
*Duties*
* Build professional relationships with upper management, various internal and external customers and assist with requests and inquiries on a daily basis.
* Maintain and track Preventative Maintenance Program and ensure accordance to company policy and government legislation. Request, obtain, and complete data entry of weekly equipment hours and kilometers for all divisions and departments within the company.
* Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and notify Manager/leads to ensure all services are completed in the appropriate timeframe. Ensuring accurate data entry, exporting and importing information into appropriate program databases including Manager +, GeoTab, MyKomatsu and Bulk Fuel Usage.
* Provide and compile current reports generated from system databases
* Organize and manage all hard copy files and technical information, maintain and upload files regularly and electronically;
* Provide administrative support by issuing employee change forms to Human Resources for site transfers, terminations, address and/or phone number changes, etc.
* Communicating with managers and employees in implementing new strategic planning and problem solving to resolve or improve systems and programs
* Perform general tasks including parts run, delivering fleet to different site locations, changing wipers, boosting vehicles etc.
* Other duties as required
*Qualifications*
* Grade twelve (12) Diploma required
* A minimum of 2-3 years of administration experience required with oil sands and/or mechanical shop experience
* Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration is considered an asset
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
* Knowledge of Manager+, MyKomatsu, and or familiarity with service databases
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively with management team members
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
* H2S Awareness and CSTS 2020 training required
* Valid Class 5 license with a clean Drivers Abstract
Work Conditions
* 10X4 shift at 12 hours per day
* Travel to and from site (CONOCO) south of Fort McMurray
* Camp accommodations provided (local candidates are welcome to apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
