*Job Overview:* We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a combination of technical skills and physical labor. *Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with a skilled team to install solar panel systems on both residential and commercial properties * Master specific installation techniques through comprehensive on-the-job training * Efficiently manage supplies: unload materials at the work site, ensure secure storage, and reload materials post-installation * Handle materials and equipment using appropriate tools and adhere to stringent safety protocols *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent * Reliable personal transportation * Proficiency with hand tools and basic equipment * Strong ability to follow instructions and a keen willingness to learn * Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement * Prior experience in construction (civil or solar) and residential roofing (shingles or metal) is advantageous * Valid safety training certifications (e.g., working at heights), CPR, and First Aid are highly desirable * Possession of a valid driver?s license with a clean driving record is an asset This position offers an opportunity to work in the growing field of renewable energy with potential for career growth.
