*Job Description* We?re hiring! Luna Nuova Salon and Spa is expanding our team. We?re looking to add some hair stylists to our existing team. We?re looking for dynamic individuals who love a team atmosphere. In our space we work together as a team to build everyone?s clientele. Are you a qualified, experienced hairstylist with clientele? We want you join our team. With modern facilities, quality products and an easygoing, relaxed atmosphere, Luna Nuova is a great place to begin a fresh new career! We are currently rebranding (formerly Better You Salon) under new ownership and have many exciting, positive changes we've put into place. So what are we looking for? * Are you fully qualified and an experienced hairstylist? * Are you reliable and a friendly team player? * Are you a professional who takes pride in producing quality finishes? * Are you a great communicator with excellent customer service skills? If you have answered yes to the above questions, we want you to join our team! In this role you will be working in a positive environment with professional staff who have expansive knowledge in the industry, and plan on helping you expand your knowledge through continuing education. In return, you will be offered a either an hourly wage or commission-based wage based on skill level. You will be working in great conditions with a great team! Our commission structure is 43%-70% earnings, with the highest commission going to those with most experience, and long list of clientele. Your duties will include all aspects of hairdressing and shop maintenance as it relates to you.
