*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
*Duties*
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all food handling meets health regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices
*Experience*
- Previous experience in meal preparation or cooking in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00-$19.58 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
