*General Manager* - please submit cover letter The GM is responsible for the overall operations & high standards of the Personal Training Studio. Summary of Duties & Responsibilities o Meet prospective clients for consultation & sales process. o Ensure documentation of clients needs & goals o Responsible for monthly ?accountability sessions? with each member (15 min check in & goal setting) o Session programing design & scheduling o Hiring & developing Personal Trainers o Maintain standard of program & service o Delivering ?Purple Cow Member Pathway? o Achieve Revenue Goals & Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) o Manage administration o Ensure studio cleanliness Qualifications o PT certification o Related degree an asset o Exemplary leadership & communication skills o Knowledge of Health & Fitness industry o Strong coaching skills o Ability to establish & maintain quality professional relationships with members & colleagues Experience o Minimum 12 months as a Personal Trainer or other Fitness industry experience o Proven success in leading successful teams o Proven experience in the Fitness Industry is a strong asset Working Conditions o Evenings, weekends and split shifts can be expected o Overtime can be expected There may be times where you are required to perform other duties & responsibilities not included in this job profile.
