*Key Responsibilities: * * Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve the development and deployment lifecycle. * Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security. ? Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises systems. * Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments. * Optimize deployment processes and infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability. * Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and configurations. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our DevOps practices *Qualifications:* *Education*: * Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). *Experience* * Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. * Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git). * Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). *Skills*: * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. * Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) is a plus. *Preferred Qualifications: * * Experience with cloud services (Azure) and serverless architectures. * Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet). * Understanding of network protocols and security best practices. * OCP openshift experience Job Type: Temporary Pay: From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * CI/CD tools: 5 years (required) * Kubernetes: 5 years (required) * OCP Openshift: 4 years (required) * total: 7 years (required) * scripting languages: 5 years (required) * Azure: 7 years (required) Work Location: On the road- LocationToronto, ON
