Job details
Job description includes but not limited to the following:
* Plan, co-ordinate, and control the operational and administrative activities of this business unit. Create a valuable link between customer and the company in understanding their product requirement and contributing to customer satisfaction.
* The Production Co-ordinator co-ordinate orders from data entry to following-through to scheduling , pre-press and shipping, quotations to customers, along with invoicing and credit card processing of COD customers.
* Receive calls from customers and provide responses and solutions to general and specific inquiries.
* Respond to customer, product and order inquiries from the sales representative and also provides updated information on customer issues.
* Obtain and or verify pricing/estimates independently and/or as necessary prior to confirming with customers or sales representative, to aid in the assurance that the business is profitable.
* Enter orders into Labeltraxx and maintain and update all activities right through to shipment of the job. Ensure data within (Labeltraxx) is up to date in relation to customer/supplier and product information.
* Review customer purchase orders and cross references with the estimates to ensure pricing and components are correct.
* Plans for and purchases material for on-time delivery to the customer.
* Manage customers by resolving concerns and if necessary, escalate to management and/or the sales representative if required.
* Prepare customer invoices from job tickets and e-mail/mails billing to the customers. Provides credit card link for credit card paying customers.
* Learns and become knowledgeable on the quality management system.
* Perform any other operations-related work assignments as requested by management or the sales representative.
* Follow estimates inbox and prepare estimates on sales/customer requests.
* Maintain BOM for plant supplies and issue POs to suppliers as required.

* Comply with all job specific quality operating procedures necessary for ensuring accuracy in processing and entering orders.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
