 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$103,331 - $139,803Expertise in integrated strategic and financial planning, analytics, management reporting, and leadership decision support requiredLeverage your financial institution industry experience, business partnership skills and technical expertise as a CPA/CFA to drive decisions and provide useful insights, analytics, and reporting. You’ll steward financial rolling-forecasts and multi-year financial planning to support business and executive decision-making.This role works closely with business and cross-functional partners, with executive leadership visibility. You'll be part of our dynamic, high-performance Finance team, leveraging integrated, model-driven processes and systems. What you’ll do:Prepare and distribute analytics and reports targeted to senior managementAnalyze our operating environmentMake recommendations on adjusting data quality, structure and adequacy to better meet analytic requirementsProvide domain-specific insights to other business unitsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organizationBuild and maintain consulting relationships with key leadersProvide technical training and mentorship to team members What we’re looking for:Relationship-builder comfortable working with senior leaders and BoardProven leader who can leverage expert knowledge for strategic decision-making by leadersAnalytical thinker with solid communication skillsProblem-solver who easily collaborates across business units and divisionsConfident communicator able to make solutions understood and actionable by all involved What you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Advanced research, analysis and problem-solving skillsIn-depth understanding of statistics, mathematics or data configurationKnowledge of data manipulation and management tools; mastery of visualization tools
