Job details
Position Reporting to a Facility Supervisor/Contract Manager, the Building Operator position within the FMO Division is primarily responsible to perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs to the building. The Building Operator will also be responsible for responding to work orders generated by our client and internal requests in a safe and efficient manner. Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs to building mechanical systems i.e. pumps, valves, etc. Perform routine inspections and tests on building Life Support System i.e. Fire Protection system, Medical Air/Gas and Emergency Generators etc. Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems and related equipment i.e. air handling units, filters, AC split- LocationWinnipeg, MB
