Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Air conditioned. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Retail business. Wholesale establishment/store. Exhibit and display designer. Head office. Office building. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Manage cash. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 5-10 people. Cashiers.
