*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of the home. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to client inquiries. * Maintaining outside flower bed which would involve pruning, deadheading and watering of plants. *Experience* * Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties. * A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail is crucial for success in this role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Residential cleaning: 3 years (required) * Organizational skills: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-14- LocationPort Severn, ON
