## Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, utilizing hand and power tools to deliver high-quality finishes. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you. ## Duties - Perform painting duties for both residential and commercial projects - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements - Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product ## Skills - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for painting tasks - Experience in residential and commercial painting projects - Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: $25.00-$32.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care Flexible language requirement: * English not required * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * painting: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationKamloops, BC
