The Office Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations. Considerable efficiency is required in effectively handling the workload and ensuring an efficient flow of production of regular duties and any other assignments as required. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Telephone and walk-in reception · Prepare, organize and process listing files in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines. Data entry input of listings and changes, including manipulation and uploading of photographs · Creation of display cards and upkeep of display boards · Process any incoming deposit cheques · Oversee office maintenance/repairs · Complete month end duties (photocopy reports, petty cash etc.) · Assist REALTORS® when required · Order and maintain office supplies *Education *? Completion of post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration; or a minimum of 2 years related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. *Experience/Skills*: Accurate typing with a minimum of 70 wpm, with computer/word processing background preferred. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational, inter-personal and communication skills, take pride in their work and be a team player. This position requires a reliable, efficient, highly organized who can multi-task and pay great attention to detail. A professional apperance and manner at all times is required. *Other:* Candidate must have reliable transportation or ability to get to work daily. Delivery to/from our Trenton office by the office administrator is occasionally required for cheques and items for the agents.
