Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff. Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
