In this position, you will be: - supervising the dogs and making sure they?re engaging in safe and healthy play - working in a team environment -going on pack walks - cleaning up after the pups and cleaning the daycare - learning to use Kennel Connection (our daycare management software) - communicating with owners about their dog(s) and working with them to ensure their dog has the best experience here possible. - Possibility to learn our Doggy Shuttle service Requirements: - have previous canine experience - must be able and willing to work in a team-based environment - be able to work well in a fast paced environment -Valid class 5 or 7 drivers license please send resumes to our email or come by the shop Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.40 per hour Expected hours: 15 ? 25 per week Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationNanaimo, BC
