Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Develop communication strategies. Evaluate communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. Answer written and oral inquiries. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Design market research questionnaires. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services. Personal suitability: Client focus.
