Education: Bachelor's degree. Business administration and management, general. Human resources management and services, other. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Direct and control daily operations . Motivate staff. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Manage training and development strategies. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Technical terminology: Human resources.
