*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, responsible for the installation and maintenance of various construction components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in using hand tools and reading blueprints. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations. *Duties* * Install drywall, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment. * Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks. * Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine installation requirements. * Perform construction painting to finish surfaces according to specifications. * Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for a professional finish. * Lay tile accurately, ensuring even spacing and alignment. * Assist with welding tasks as needed for structural installations. * Ensure all installations are plumb and level according to industry standards. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality. *Skills* * Proficiency in drywall installation techniques. * Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage. * Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints. * Experience as a carpenter is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with construction painting methods. * Skills in caulking for sealing applications. * Basic welding skills are a plus. * Understanding of plumb techniques for accurate installations. * Experience with tile laying, ensuring precision in layout and design.
