*Lawyer* Are you seeking a flexible position that offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation? We are looking for an experienced Lawyer who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. *Duties:* * Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases. * Represent clients in dealings with Canadian immigration authorities. * Assist clients with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency processes. * Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies. * Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy. *Skills:* * Expertise in legal writing and drafting. * Strong analytical and research capabilities. * Excellent negotiation skills. *License/Certification:* * Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (required). * JD or LLB degree from a Canadian Law School (required). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year- LocationDelta, BC
