For our Red Deer Real Estate office we are looking for reliable, bright and friendly individual who is a resident of Red Deer to: * Greet and direct clients * Answer multi-line phone system, take and relay messages * Excellent interpersonal skills, great patience * Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs * Detail oriented, well organized, ability to multi task * Data input experience, review, approve or reject important paperwork and real estate contracts * Social & Multi Media Savvy * Pull titles, corporate searches * Must work efficiently alone and as a team player * Help Real Estate agents * Proficient in use of office equipment * Managing and ordering office supplies and organize consulting room and office space * Training is provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $35,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) * receptionist: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-21- LocationRed Deer, AB
