Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Schedule distribution of goods. Prepare meals. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
