*Location: *Mississauga
*Position Type: * Full-Time
*Availability: * Immediate
*Schedule:* Monday to Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. & Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (optional)
*Compensation-Weekly Earnings: *$500.00 - $1,000.00 (*average pay*; details disclosed at interview)
We are excited to offer an opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to succeed. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue and providing exceptional customer service. This entry-level position includes paid training and development opportunities for career growth within the company. We are looking to add 3 new team members who are eager to grow and become part of our family.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets.
- Attend daily sales and training meetings.
- Communicate campaign information to customers and connect them with client products and services.
- Manage customer inquiries, reservations, and confirmations.
- Work closely with team members to address in-office and field needs.
- Train staff on sales systems.
- Perform general office duties, including processing applications and handling payments.
- Maintain organized paperwork and follow up on all documentation.
*Typical Day:*
As a member of our team, you will drive sales, represent our clients, and engage with potential customers by assessing their needs and connecting them with our clients? programs.
