Why not consider a career with TCR?</strong></p><p>Total Credit Recovery is seeking both junior and senior 3rd Party Debt Collectors.</p><p>We do not require any prior education, just a clear criminal background check and clear credit check!</p><p>If you're experienced in 3rd party collections, you can benefit right away from our lucrative commission structures, which happen to be the best in the business with major clients. Experienced collectors can expect to negotiate a base salary based on their experience, and<strong> in 2023, TCR?s average commission payments to their senior agents was $20,000.00/year.</strong></p><p>If you're new to collections, you can expect to earn minimum wage, plus an average of $2-3/hr in commission and bonuses!</p><p><strong>If you're bilingual in French, this will also be considered an asset and add a shift premium!</strong></p><p><strong>TCR </strong>is also proud to offer a great company culture.
