*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant or hotel management. We are prioritizing individuals who can work the opening shift, Monday through Friday. *Duties* * Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. * Supervise and train staff members, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. * Manage inventory levels, including food preparation supplies, to ensure optimal stock availability. * Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and maintaining accurate sales records. * Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. * Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the establishment, adhering to health and safety regulations. *Requirements* * Previous experience in restaurant or hotel management is preferred. * A valid Food Handler Certificate is preferred. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. * Experience with POS systems is highly desirable. * Proven ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
