Job details
Oversee and coordinate sales staff and cashiers to ensure smooth department operations. Assign specific tasks to sales workers and prepare work schedules. Handle authorization for payments and merchandise returns. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory shortages. Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed. Generate reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters. Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of new sales staff. Uphold the store's visual standards, including managing displays, signage, and cleanliness. Undertake managerial duties such as store opening and closing, managing escalated complaints, devising marketing strategies, and overseeing deliveries.- LocationRegina, SK
