<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Southgate Medallion Family Day Homes is looking for an Accounts Receivable individual to work with our Accounts payable department.</p><p>Exposure to working with government grants and funding agencies a asset.</p><p>Pay negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required qualifications and skills</strong></p><p>A diploma or degree in accounting</p><p>Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping and accounts receivable</p><p>Knowledge of accounting principles</p><p>Critical thinking skills</p><p>Excellent customer service skills</p><p>Organizational skills</p><p>Time management skills and detailed oriented</p><p>This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients</p><p>Current Police check</p><p> </p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Will include but not limited to:</p><p>-invoicing parents monthly</p><p>-invoicing special funding for parents & educators</p><p>-collection of all monies</p><p>-reconciling parent accounts with government funding</p><p>-sending out exit surveys</p><p>-helping with month end educator payroll</p><p>-Microsoft Office Suite 365 and strong computer skills a must</p><p> </p><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>We provide support services to providers and parents that will help them enable children to experience childhood in a safe, healthy, loving and stimulating environment where they will grow to become HAPPY, CARING, CAPABLE, RESPONSIBLE AND RESILIENT.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>We provide support services to providers and parents that will help them enable children to experience childhood in a safe, healthy, loving and stimulating environment where they will grow to become HAPPY, CARING, CAPABLE, RESPONSIBLE AND RESILIENT.</div>- LocationEdmonton, AB
