<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Are you looking for a rewarding, fun and fast paced job while working with a great team and in the outdoors this fall?!</p><p><strong>Capital Windows and Snow</strong> is currently looking for motivated and hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team! You will have the opportunity to make excellent money and stay physically active while further developing leadership, time management and teamwork skills.</p><p>Our services include interior and exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and snow removal for the winter season. No experience required, as we will train the right candidates on various cleaning techniques and how to use a wide range of tools and equipment. You will work closely with other technicians to complete daily tasks and ensure that client's properties are provided with phenomenal services. </p><p>A list of duties include:</p><ul><li><p>Provide interior and exterior window cleaning</p></li><li>Provide Gutter Cleaning and minor repairs</li><li>Snow Removal</li><li>Work in a team and perform professional window cleaning techniques for residential and commercial properties</li><li>Follow safe work procedures and safe job practices</li><li>Perform efficient and quality work</li><li>Arrive at the job site and start work on time</li><li>Complete all "Field Level Hazard Assessment" forms</li><li>Review all assigned tasks in software scheduling App</li><li>Travel to job sites with company vehicles</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p>An ideal candidate will have the following skills and requirements:</p><ul><li>Comfortable with Working on Ladders and Lifts</li><li>Physically able to carry and lift ladders</li><li>Good Teamwork Adaptation</li><li>Detailed Orientated</li><li>Safety Focused</li><li>Likes Working Outdoors</li><li>Reliable and Punctual</li><li>Driver's License Class 5</li><li>Fall Arrest & Ladder Safety Certificate (we will provide training)</li><li>Police Clearance (we will conduct)</li></ul><p>We provide full hands on training and online safety and hazard protection courses to make sure that all team members stay safe and can be successful in the position.</p><p>Salary is between $20-$30 per hour, with pay increasing with efficiency and speed of job completion.</p><p><strong>Apply now!</strong></p></div></div>- LocationEdmonton, AB
