Steele Auto Group has an immediate requirement for Client Care Associate to support our Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland locations!As a Client Care Associate with Steele Auto Group, you will be responsible for booking appointments, advising the customer of their upcoming service requirements, and communicating recalls. The work is all about customer care with a focus on the ability to serve and communicate with our clients efficiently and effectively.Location: This role is primarily remote/work from home and can be performed from anywhere in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, or Prince Edward Island. There may occasionally be a requirement to work onsite at Steele Auto Group locations within your respective province.This opportunity provides a progressive call center environment, that incudes NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS and NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!!!Hours: The set schedule consists of: 7:30am ? 5:00pm Monday through Friday.Wage: Hourly wage of $16.80 ? $19.70, with an additional $1 language premium and the opportunity to earn up to $600 in monthly performance bonusesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering customers by phone call, email, or text, with a friendly and polite mannerBooking appointments and advising the customer of their upcoming service requirementsManaging workload efficiently to ensure customers are handled productivelyContacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiriesUpdating customer information as requiredMaintaining confidentiality of informationEnsure customers to have high-level satisfaction and repeat business by fulfilling their queriesPartner with and support our dealerships to communicate and fulfill customers' needsAccurately report and document customer details in appropriate systems and toolsPerforming other duties as requiredRequirements:Must be bilingual in French and EnglishStrong computer skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Previous experience in a customer focused roleEffective, two-way Communication skillsOrganized with ability to prioritize workStrong technical skills and highly motivatedWorks well both independently and as part of a teamStrong multi-tasking abilityWhy Steele Auto?Competitive compensation package, with annual wage review Flexible Health and Dental Plans, 6 different cost shared options to meet everyone's needs Enhanced Benefits including Telehealth, Mental Health Support and EFAP Retirement Savings Plan with employer match up to 4%, after 5 years up to 5% Opportunities for career growth and advancement Employee discounts on vehicle purchasing, parts, and service at any of our locations A safe, inclusive, and dynamic work environment We sincerely thank our applicants interested in this opportunity and wish to advise that only candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
