PH8 Beauty Boutique is seeking an energetic, dependable person to join our team In Yellowknife, NT. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our beauty and skincare products as well as a wide variety of storewide retail products. You must also provide excellent customer service to our clients, be knowledgeable with all store products, and take spa and hair bookings. Responsibilities * Provide consistent, professional customer services in a courteous manner; * Provide information and education to guests on all services and retail products; * Respond to guest?s concerns and complaints positively and proactively; * Welcome guests to the salon and conduct salon tours as needed; * Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a thriving work environment; * Represent PH8 Beauty Boutique with a positive, creative and professional image; * Maintain a thorough knowledge of all services, products and activities *Qualifications, skills and experience* * Must be available to work evenings and weekends * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. * Strong team player Job Types: Full-time Competitive pay 20-25/hr +benefits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-11-10- LocationYellowknife, NT
