This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction. *Customer Engagement:* * Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. * Provide customers with valuable technical and commercial insights to guide their purchasing decisions. * Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure they return again and again. *Sales Support:* * Process and manage customer orders with precision, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. * Keep the sales team in the loop by preparing and updating detailed reports. * Execute exciting marketing strategies to boost sales and engage customers. * Collaborate with your sales colleagues to ensure that sales targets and service objectives are exceeded. *Operational Excellence:* * Dive into the action!
