Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Hot. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 11-15 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Safe Food Handling certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Basic security clearance. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Walking. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationScarborough, ON
