Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Home care and visiting care agency. Office building. Tasks: Coordinate the movement of patients through the health care system. Ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed. Ensure that quality nursing care is provided to patients. Set up and co-ordinate nursing services in conjunction with other health services. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Area of work experience: Professional health care education. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Initiative. Organized. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
