*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients' appearance while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon. *Responsibilities* * Provide a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. * Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and inviting environment for clients. * Stay updated through continued education on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with innovative options. *Qualifications* * Valid cosmetology license or certification. * Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Please provide social media hair page in your resume. * Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. * Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Experience with front desk operations is a plus but not required. * Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive client experiences. * Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair styling tools and equipment.
