*BC PNP and LMIA support provided to the qualified candidates* *Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher* *Full job description* CEFA Early Learning Captain's Cove, Ladner is a grouped childcare composed of a 1 ? 5 years old program. We are currently seeking a licensed ECE teachers. Shift will be 7.5-8-hour with 30-min break. *PAY* *$20-22/hr. plus $6/hr. Wage Enhancement* *Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement a high-quality program, in line with the CEFA curriculum * Plan and maintain a high-quality environment that respects the health, security, and well-being of children. * Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members. * Communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner both written and oral. * Be genuine, supportive, engaged, and a productive team member who is open to and implements feedback and guidance. * Support children in the development of their self-help skills and independence. * Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families. * Attend staff meetings, and any professional development opportunities as required. * Work in partnership to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials. * To maintain regular attendance, punctuality and to be appropriately dressed and professional at all times. *Qualifications* * BC ECE license required * Current Emergency First Aid & CPR-C Certification * Previous CEFA experiences or CEFA certification is considered an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: 37.5 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Discounted or free food * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * No weekends Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: * ECE License (required) Work Location: In person- LocationLadner, BC
