Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Room and board provided. Various locations. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Help medical examiner in charge. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Willing to travel regularly. Travel expenses paid by employer. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
