Job details
Duties: - Negotiate and enforce lease agreements with tenants - Maintain accurate and organized files for all properties - Track and manage property information - Coordinate maintenance and repairs - Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors - Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and property records - Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing budgets, and processing invoices Skills: - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in using property management software (Yardi) and CMMS systems - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of property management principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team \_*Familiar with the Strata Property Act and the Cooperative Association Act of BC* Note: Prior experience in strata property management is required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $49,288.99-$90,259.18 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * On call * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Kamloops, BC V2B 8M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * property management: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-01- LocationKamloops, BC
