We are excited to expand our psychotherapy practice and are looking for a compassionate *Couples Therapist* to join our team! You?ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those in *interracial and intercultural relationships*, in both *in-person* and *virtual* settings. We seek someone passionate about promoting emotional connection, practicing *Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)*, and committed to an *inclusive, trauma-informed* approach. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide *EFT-based* psychotherapy to couples and individuals, addressing emotional and relational challenges. * Create a *safe, inclusive space* for diverse and intercultural clients. * Utilize a *trauma-informed approach* to address client needs. * Maintain confidential client records through the *Jane platform*. * Foster emotional safety and connection by using a *human-first, inclusive approach* with an *intersectional lens*. *Qualifications:* * *Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)* in good standing with the *CRPO*, holding a *Master?s in Counselling Psychology* (or equivalent). * *EFT training* is required. * Experience in *Couples and Relationship Counselling* is preferred. * *Trauma-informed* approach to therapy. * Passion for working with *diverse individuals and couples*. * *Vulnerable Sector Check* required. * *Fluency in a second language* is considered an asset. * Availability for *10-15 hours per week*, including evenings or weekends. *What We Offer:* * *Flexible scheduling* for work-life balance. * Administrative support for billing and scheduling via the *Jane platform*. * A *supportive, inclusive* team environment. * Peer Support and mentoring * Opportunity to work with a *diverse clientele*. *Compensation:* Competitive contractor rate, based on experience and qualifications. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates, please submit your *resume* and *cover letter* to Highlight your experience in *Couples Counselling*, *EFT training*, and *trauma-informed therapy*.
