*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in retail management. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the store manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store performance. This role requires excellent time management and administrative skills, as well as the ability to supervise staff effectively. *Responsibilities* * Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling. * Supervise and train team members to ensure high standards of customer service. * Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Assist with pricing, buying, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales. * Monitor sales performance and provide reports to the store manager. * Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in administrative tasks, including cash handling and inventory control. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with pricing strategies and merchandising techniques is preferred. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
