*Job Summary:* We are seeking a Cashier/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall success of our tire store. *Responsibilities:* * Greet customers warmly as they enter the store or approach the cashier counter. * Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision and integrity. * Calculate and provide quotes for tire purchases, tire installations, and related services. * Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles based on size, brand, and performance requirements. * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving for prompt resolution. *Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
