*Overview* We are seeking a skilled tile installer to join our growing team. We renovate bathrooms and therefore do a lot of shower tiling and floor tiling. Having experience with Schulter waterproofing would be helpful, but is not mandatory. We also do the plumbing work for showers and vanities, so having experience with plumbing would be helpful, but is not mandatory. *Duties* * Install tile on shower walls and floors, ensuring proper alignment and finish. * Install shower surrounds, toilets, and glass doors. * Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and layout. * Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetics of installations. * Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation projects. * Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule. * Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process. * Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations and provide effective solutions. *Requirements* * Proven experience in tile laying, or related fields. * Strong skills in caulking, and general carpentry. * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in installation tasks. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Your own transportation is required to travel between job sites.
