*Job Description:*
Enters orders and processes invoices for sales and warranty replacements with excellent accuracy. Communicates effectively with dealers and consumers by phone and email regarding product availability, order status, and promotions. Provides precise inventory management including making adjustments and transfers, issuing credits and RMA?s, and processing returns. Performs other duties as required.
Full-time salaried position: up to 44 hours a week, with regular minimum hours of work being Monday to Friday 9:15 am to 4:15 pm in our Guelph office.

*Key Requirements*
· Minimum 2 years of related work experience, including experience with Sage 300
· Experience with SPS and/or Salesforce an asset
· An understanding of credit terms and credit card processing
· Fluent in English (additionally, fluency in French (bilingual) is strongly preferred)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding company and customer information
· Flexibility to handle a variety of duties as needed
